Governance & Data Sovereignty

Privacy
Protocols.

Last Updated: February 20, 2026.
At BitGoLabs, we treat data privacy with the same engineering rigor as our smart contracts. This protocol outlines how we secure institutional information.

1. Information We Collect

As a Blockchain Engineering Firm, we collect minimal personal data. We primarily process technical data necessary for Web3 interactions, including public wallet addresses, browser-related metadata (IP addresses, device type), and contact information provided during institutional consultations.

We do not collect sensitive private keys, seed phrases, or passphrases. Your Web3 Sovereignty is absolute.

2. Purpose of Data Processing

BitGoLabs utilizes data to provide high-performance Full-Stack & Blockchain Development services, improve our dApp infrastructure, and ensure regulatory compliance in jurisdictional Ethereum ecosystems.

  • Delivering Custom Blockchain Solutions
  • Facilitating Institutional RWA Tokenization
  • Enhancing Protocol Security and UI/UX

3. Blockchain Transparency

Please note that Public Blockchains (Ethereum, Polygon, etc.) are transparent by design. Transactions, wallet addresses, and Smart Contract interactions are immutable and publicly accessible. BitGoLabs has no control over data once it is broadcasted to a decentralized ledger.

4. Institutional Security Standards

We implement military-grade encryption and Cold Storage protocols to protect all non-public information. Our internal systems undergo regular Penetration Testing and Security Audits to maintain the "Absolute Engineering" standard our clients expect.

5. Global Data Rights

Regardless of your location, BitGoLabs adheres to GDPR and CCPA principles. You have the right to access, rectify, or request deletion of your personal data stored within our private centralized systems. To exercise these rights, please contact our Data Protection Team.
